Our verdict
ShadowPay is a CS2, Dota 2 and Rust skin marketplace provided by BINARYLORE PTE. LIMITED in Singapore, with EU operations run by Vozzby LTD in Cyprus. Users buy from other players, sell items for balance, and withdraw to PayPal, crypto or e-wallets. Its homepage lists a 5% fee on P2P sales and withdrawals. We have not finished testing it yet.
