Our take
Rain.gg is a newer site, launched in 2024, and it competes directly with CSGORoll on cases and case battles. Both also run an upgrader. CSGORoll adds roulette, crash, plinko, dice and mines.
Regulator action. On 11 September 2025, Australia's ACMA issued Rain.gg's operator a formal warning for breaching the Interactive Gambling Act. We found no such action in CSGORoll's record, and CSGORoll lists Australia as a prohibited country.
Fairness. Both publish seed-based provably fair pages. Each shows a hashed server seed before a round and can use an EOS block hash. Rain.gg has a verify tool that recreates results. Our provably fair verifier works with seed-based results.
Licensing and operators. Neither holds a gambling license. CSGORoll is run by Max Stacks Ltd in Nevis. Rain.gg is run by Make It Holdings Limited in Belize, with terms under Irish law.
